May 18th Photo - Lilacs (Purple)
Every Spring, Dad trims his gorgeous lilac tree and brings me over bunches of lilacs to fill my house. The sent is absolutely amazing! Each room I walk into now smells like Spring. Thanks Dad!

May 17 Photo - Out with the Old & In with the New
Found this really great cast iron table and chairs at Costco the other day and just had to buy it. For 10 years we have had a great lawn chair on this balcony that I loved and had trouble parting with, but, when DH and I discussed how nice it would be to be able to sit out on the balcony and have dinner or our morning coffee I started thinking, 'ya, it's about time for a change'. I also thought how nice it would be to sit outside in the warm weather and work on my favourite hobby, scrapbooking and stamping. Our cat too soon found she quite enjoyed our new purchase as well. lol

May 16th - Reflection

May 15th - Addiction
My Paper Passion order arrived today. I met my friend Susan and picked it up. We split the cost of shipping, so yes, at times, I can be frugal lol I think I have come to terms with the fact that I am truly addicted to scrapbooking and paper crafting. How can anyone not be with the gorgeous products that are now available. I suppose if you're going to be addicted to something this is a good choice lol Can't wait to play with all these goodies tonight and make something great!

May 3rd Photo - Dad's Birthday Gift
Tonight we had my folks over for a lovely dinner that hubby cooked for us. I presented Dad with his special gift that I made for him, two handmade family heritage albums dating back to 1891. I think he was quite surprised and I know they mean a lot to him. Love you Dad!
